We deliver cloud migration, GenAI and application modernization projects globally. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Vendor Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

  • Experienced in subcontractor/vendor management: You have a proven track record in managing subcontractors, ideally within the IT sector.

  • Fluent in English: You possess excellent written and spoken English language skills.

  • Strong time management skills: You can effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines


What will you do?

As a Vendor Manager, you will be a crucial link between SnapSoft and our valuable network of subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and Onboarding: Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new subcontractors with skills aligned with our project needs.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Skillfully negotiating rates and contracts to ensure optimal terms for both parties.

  • Performance Management: Monitoring subcontractor performance, providing constructive feedback, and addressing any performance-related issues.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong and positive relationships with our subcontractors, acting as a primary point of contact, and fostering open communication.

  • Project & Resource Tracking: Maintaining detailed records of subcontractor allocations to projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely project delivery. This includes tracking project progress, deadlines, and potential resource conflicts.

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate subcontractor records and assisting with related tasks.


Nice to have

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AWS cloud services and GenAI technologies.

Contract management expertise: Experience with contract management software.
