SnapSoft is rapidly growing and expanding into new markets! We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support our US sales team.
You'll streamline processes and handle administrative tasks, allowing our salespeople to focus on building relationships and bringing our innovative solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities
Pipeline management
Make sure that incoming leads from AWS are accepted in Partner Central and registered to the internal CRM tool (HubSpot)
HubSpot pipeline hygiene and cleanliness is key (including deals, companies and customer contacts)
Partner Central pipeline management and alignment with HubSpot (regular two-way synchronization with bulk uploads)
Fund management
Overview the funding process and potentially make further developments in case any changes in global funding process and / or internal tooling
Manage the funding process from A-Z: collect related information & documents from sales and architects, submit the fund requests in Partner Central, keep amounts and statuses up-to-date in internal tool (Coda), close the fund after project end and invoice to AWS
Be on top of the actual Partner Funding Overview and guide all other stakeholders (Leadership Team, Sales, Finance and Delivery)
Contracts management
NDA, Framework agreements and Statement of Works creation / completion support (including DocuSign management)
Work on contracts’ template update with the help of legal department
Additional and ad hoc tasks
Improvement, development of internal CRM system (HubSpot)
Track and manage sales team’s weekly todo lists
Provide reports for sales teams based on demand
Create Marketplace private offers / products
Manage projects (create, keep updated, archive) in Bamboo HR tool for employees to log their working hours
Work in close cooperation with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams (participate on regular meetings, make sure that information flows around relevant stakeholders and provide status updates about funding, pipeline and forecast statuses)
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
Language: Hungarian and English
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business or operation support roles
