Senior Product Owner (AI & Agentic Automation)

You decide how a 150-person AWS consultancy rebuilds its daily work with AI agents, and you make sure the changes stick.

As Senior Product Owner, you own SnapSoft’s internal AI and agentic automation portfolio and take initiatives from the first idea to production rollout across all our departments. Every department has a list of automation ideas, for example CRM automation with AI agents. You take them one after another.

You report to the COO, who also chairs SnapSoft’s AI Council, and you get technical input from our delivery organization. The AI Council prioritizes and funds our internal AI initiatives, so you work with it and with our leadership team to decide which ideas move forward and in what order.

You will mostly work with external partners: you collect business needs, package them into clear requirements, have trusted vendors build the solutions, and then lead change management and rollout. Where it helps, you build a quick prototype yourself (for example with n8n or Claude) to test an idea with the department before handing it to a vendor. Once a solution is stable, you hand day-to-day operations over to our internal operations team.

In your first year you focus on internal projects. After that, you move into client delivery projects, where your business analysis and consulting skills matter more. This is a consultative role that goes beyond classic project management.

What you'll be doing

• Portfolio Ownership: Own our internal agentic portfolio from a build-and-rollout perspective. You manage a pipeline of AI initiatives across all departments, from the first idea to production.

• Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather needs from stakeholders in every department, align them, and translate them into clear requirements that external partners can build against.

• Vendor Management: Work mostly with external partners who build the solutions, and review their results.

• Architecture Alignment: Align with our delivery teams so every solution fits our existing platforms and standards. Our AI/ML delivery colleagues provide technical guidance.

• Change Management & Rollout: Lead the rollout of each solution, and prepare the handover to our internal operations team.

• Parallel Delivery: Keep several initiatives at different maturity stages moving at the same time.

• Collaboration with our AI Engineer: Work closely with a Medior/Senior AI Engineer on sensitive or system-integration-heavy use cases that we keep in-house.

• Growth Path: Your internal wins become the playbook and case studies you then take to clients. After the first year, you bring the same approach to client delivery projects as a business analyst and consultant.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in business analyst, product owner or project manager roles, running several projects in parallel at a fast pace.

• Hands-on involvement in AI projects, AI products or workflow automation in the last 2–3 years. One year can be enough if you have seen several different projects and situations.

• Professional experience with LLM tools such as Claude or OpenAI, and with taking agentic solutions into production. You know where and how they run, whether on an orchestration platform such as n8n or on another setup.

• Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder alignment skills. You find the work, prioritize it yourself, and quickly turn a problem into a solution and clear requirements.

• Fluent English, excellent communication skills and a consulting mindset.

Nice-to-have

• Background at a professional services IT company similar to SnapSoft.

• Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira or Miro (useful, but not required).
