To realize this dream, we need experienced business people who can help us expand the reach and depth of our AWS service lines in the region.
As a Product Owner at SnapSoft, you'll wear many hats. Your time will be distributed among product management including strategy & discovery, pre-sales activities, client delivery, and improving our internal processes to execute more effectively and efficiently.
Job requirements
Who are we?
We are SnapSoft, an AWS Advanced Tier Partner Company that helps businesses unlock the power of people and technology. With our team members’ deep expertise and collaborative co-delivery model, we build, scale, and optimize sophisticated AWS cloud solutions mainly for fintech, edtech, retail, and e-commerce companies.
Who are you?
Action-oriented critical thinker - you are ready to get the job done with your initiatives
Driven problem solver - you are ambitious, you work hard because you love it, you own things and get them done
Collaborative team player - you enjoy working together with your team and across other departments
Humble active listener - you are eager to learn, give and receive candid feedback to grow. You let others speak and seek to understand their viewpoints.
What will you do?
Collaborate with the Director of the Application Development Service Line to define and drive execution of service line strategy and internal initiatives (e.g., go-to-market readiness, capability building, tooling).
Lead and scale a team of Product Owners and Design talent within the service line.
Define and evolve differentiated service offerings and productization opportunities in partnership with technical and CTO teams.
Lead AWS product-market fit and partner program engagement, including competencies, certifications, and case studies in collaboration with the Alliance function.
Drive sales and marketing efforts by defining value propositions, shaping messaging and contributing to pre-sales activities.
Develop and maintain internal and cross-functional processes, quality control mechanisms, knowledge sharing, templates, and KPIs to support consistent service delivery.
Act as the go-to person for driving adoption of processes, surfacing blockers, and proposing optimizations in the Service Line.
Coordinate communication, documentation, and alignment across the service line and with other key functions such as Delivery Operations and the PMO.
Drive external, publishable content creation with technical talent to facilitate thought leadership in the industry.
Support talent development within the Service Line and support hiring and growth plans in partnership with the People & Culture team.
What is your experience level?
Proven experience building and executing a strategy for a product, function, or service line, with an aptitude for productizing services, including defining and launching new offerings.
At least 2+ years of experience as a people manager, with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and train a team of professionals, specifically mentoring Product Owners to foster a culture of high performance.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a background in either technology consulting or a product organization being highly valued.
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across business and technical teams, driving alignment and consensus without direct authority.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty, with the ability to take complex problems and break them down into manageable, executable steps in a dynamic environment.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and formal program management, with experience standardizing delivery frameworks and driving process improvement initiatives.
Nice-to-have
Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm.
A background as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technical domain earlier in your career.
A relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a senior-level Agile certification (e.g., CSP-PO).
