What will you do?

• Lead Product Strategy & Discovery – Facilitate workshops with clients to define product vision, goals, and measurable outcomes. Develop product proposals, define MVP scope, and collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Own End-to-End Product Management – Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery to backlog management and delivery, ensuring transparent tracking of budget, timeline, and milestones.
• Manage Product Backlog & Planning – Develop and maintain product backlogs, create detailed delivery plans, and proactively address risks while ensuring smooth execution.
• Drive Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap.
• Lead Agile & Scrum Practices – Facilitate Scrum events, drive iterative development, and ensure efficient collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.
• Leverage Data & Market Insights – Analyze market trends, product performance, and user data to drive informed decisions and continuous product improvement.
• Support Sales & Business Development – Assist in pre-sales activities by leading discovery calls, creating materials, conducting workshops, and preparing detailed project proposals.
• Foster Team Leadership & Growth – Mentor and coach team members (participating in discovery and delivery, not other PMs), foster a collaborative culture, and manage both co-located and remote teams effectively.

What is your experience level?

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital environment with a proven track record in client delivery. Background in roles like Product Owner/Manager, IT Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in product management and design thinking methodologies (Product-Led Growth, Design Thinking, Service Design, etc.).
• Experience in product discovery, workshops with cross-functional teams and product concept creation.
• Proven experience in end-to-end IT project management with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Miro, Jira, and Figma to facilitate collaboration, visual planning, and efficient task management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and constraints simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.

• Professional certifications as Product Owner, Project Management, Scrum Master, Service Design, or UX Design would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and an exposure of their main services and functionalities.
• Experience working in a software development agency, having been provided valuable insights into client-centric project management.
• Experience in team leadership, people management, or mentoring.
