We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Financial Operations Lead to join SnapSoft.
As a growing scale-up, we’re building the financial backbone that supports our next stage of growth. This is an ideal role for a finance professional who enjoys creating structure, optimizing processes, and translating complexity into clarity. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our cash management, billing, and finance operations from the ground up—driving both stability and scalability across the business.

Job requirements
What will you do?
Cash Management: Manage payments, transfers, and approval processes, including corporate card management. Prepare and control cash flow forecasts and liquidity management. Handle foreign exchange conversions, hedging transactions, and intercompany financing. Coordinate external financing (loans, factoring) and maintain relationships with banks.
Billing: Oversee end-to-end billing processes (domestic, international, intercompany) and ensure legal compliance.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management: Process supplier invoices and implement AP approval and PO processes. Administer employee expense reimbursements and corporate card spending. Manage fixed assets and cost centers.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit financial and statistical reports (including bank and national reporting). Coordinate the annual audit and ensure availability of financial documentation.
Financial Administration: Prepare and support accounting and payroll administration processes.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Finance Operations team, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Collaborate continuously with key stakeholders (Sales, Project Management Office, Management).
Build & Optimize Finance Operations: Design and implement end-to-end finance operations processes (billing, AP/AR, PO approval, cost allocation). Select and set up tools and workflows to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
What is your experience level?
University degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred)
3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, controlling, billing, or finance operations
Experience in an international corporate environment (advantage)
Strong process and system-oriented mindset (PO, approval, billing systems)
Thorough, precise, and well-organized working style
Confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of people management experience
