Job requirements

Who are you?

  • Inquisitive Critical Thinker: You’re not satisfied with surface-level answers. Instead of jumping to conclusions, you have a natural drive to ask questions and dig deeper to understand the underlying reasons for a process or problem.

  • Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working with people and can effectively communicate across different departments. You excel at building relationships and can act as a bridge between diverse groups.

  • Pragmatic Problem Solver: You're focused on finding practical, actionable solutions. You have the ability to break down a large, complex problem into smaller, manageable steps.

  • Resilient Change Agent: You view change as an opportunity for improvement, not a threat. You are patient yet persistent and can effectively navigate resistance to help people adopt new, more efficient ways of working.

What will you do?

  • Process Design: Create new processes where gaps exist and improve existing ones to make work simpler and more effective.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with teams to understand their needs and goals, then translate them into clear requirements for tools, reports, and workflows.

  • Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new processes and software, working closely with project managers and technical teams.

  • Documentation: Produce straightforward process maps, flowcharts, and guides that colleagues can easily follow.

  • Data & Reporting: Validate data, build reliable reports, and use your expert-level spreadsheet skills to analyze and model information.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with multiple departments, ensuring solutions work not just locally but in the bigger business context.

  • Change Guidance: Guide teams through new ways of working, showing how changes connect to broader company goals.

  • Risk & Compliance: Assess potential risks in proposed changes and ensure all process optimizations adhere to professional standards and legal requirements.

What is your experience level?

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.

  • Advanced expertise in spreadsheets (formulas, modeling, automation).

  • Proven ability to both improve existing processes and design new ones from scratch.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and connect process changes to business outcomes.

  • Clear and confident communicator in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong collaborator who can influence across departments without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced or scaling tech environment.

  • Familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio, QuickSight).

  • Understanding of HR or Finance processes.

  • Interest in low-code or no-code platforms.
